Experience the northern Queen Charlotte Track with this fun and scenic mountain bike ride suitable for all levels.

Ride the stunning northern Queen Charlotte Track to Punga Cove, with return boat transfers for you and your mountain bike from Picton.
Please note this is transfer only, bike not included.

Begin your ride at Ship Cove/Meretoto, Resolution Bay or Furneaux Lodge, and ride to Punga Cove for a stunning lunch, drinks, maybe a swim, and the 3.15pm boat ride home.

Choose from three starting points to suit your plans and riding level:

Ship Cove/Meretoto - Punga Cove, 30km, approx 5 hours (experienced bikers only as a day trip)
Resolution Bay - Punga Cove, 23km, approx 4 hours (recommended for mid-experienced bikers as a day trip)
Furneaux Lodge - Punga Cove, 12.7km, approx 2.5 hours (recommended for novice-mid level bikers as a day trip)

Note: The northern section of the Queen Charlotte Track is closed to mountain bikers December-February. The track section from Punga Cove to Anakiwa is open year-round.
